Knee Pain

Knee Pain Care

Knee pain stops people in their tracks. Whether it’s the sharp pain that hits when you go up stairs, the aching that settles in after a long day on your feet, or the swelling that makes bending your leg feel impossible — it has a way of taking over. And because we use our knees constantly, there’s no real way to rest them while still living your life.

What most people don’t realize is that the knee is frequently a victim, not a villain. Alignment problems in the hip above or the foot and ankle below can place uneven stress on the knee joint and drive inflammation, pain, and premature wear — even when the knee itself isn’t the primary problem. Treating only the knee in those cases is like changing a tire without fixing the alignment.

At Horine Chiropractic, we evaluate knee pain as part of the entire kinetic chain. We look at how the foot, ankle, knee, hip, and lower spine are all working together — because that’s where the real answer usually lives. When we correct the underlying alignment issues, many patients experience significant relief that they couldn’t get from ice packs and ibuprofen alone.

If knee pain has been keeping you off your feet, off the field, or off the trail — you deserve a real evaluation, not just a recommendation to rest and take it easy.
